How do you stay in shape?
During the summers on Long Island I play polo, which truly is a full-body workout: It’s great for your core, gives you amazing arms, and you burn calories like crazy. The best part about polo is that the game is so intense that your mind can’t be bothered by how hard you are working.

What do you wear?
Paige white jeans and a Polo shirt

What do you do to replenish?
I drink chocolate Zico coconut water.

 

How do you stay in shape?
I do TRX and other tortuous maneuvers with Keith Paine and Nimble Fitness, and I love yoga with Elena Brower at Vira Yoga. Both are wonderful and I always leave much improved, albeit exhausted.

What do you wear?
My Rachel Roy Runway to Win T-shirt that says, “People who believe change is possible are the ones who make it happen”—to inspire me.

What do you do to replenish?

I drink an All Greens juice from Liquiteria and eat Brad’s raw kale chips.

What music do you listen to?
The Foo Fighters “Walk,” “Wild One,” by Flo Rida, and “One Time,” by the Roots always get me through a long run.


 How do you stay in shape?
I take FlyBarre classes three times a week at FlyWheel in the Flatiron District, with Kolina, who is my favorite teacher.

What do you wear?
I wear my Splits59 leggings with a Pret-à-Surf T-shirt or hoodie.

How do you replenish?
I usually head right to Momoya sushi for dinner. It’s often business-related, but fortunately the entertainment industry is casual, so my workout look translates just fine.

 

How do you stay in shape?
As an avid runner (my favorite route is the big loop in Central Park), I thought I was in decent physical shape, but Punch Fitness certainly proved me wrong! I have never experienced such an intense and versatile workout. It’s boxing, kickboxing, cross training—everything. I take a private one-hour lesson with three friends each week, and I’ve never felt better.

What do you wear?
Everlast boxing gloves, Nike sneakers, and an Alexander Wang jacket to put on after the workout. Also, I always bring a massive bottle of Fiji water.


How do you stay in shape?
I’m training for a handful of Olympic and sprint distance triathlons this summer, and I do my training with Team In Training to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS).

What do you wear?
I swear by Under Armour gear—especially because a lot of my training for the spring races happens outside in the winter—and my New Balance sneakers.

What do you do to replenish?
Generally, I drink a lot of whey protein shakes and a ton of water, but I also drink Gatorade before and after long workouts.
